Accepted Methods of Payment. We
accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Shipping Time. The time needed to
ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the
particular time of year. Items are usually shipped within 6 business days.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. All items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy. To return a product due to a manufacturer's defect or other reason not due to the shipping company, please contact us via our email address or toll free phone number below before returning the product. Please state the reason for the return as clearly as possible. We will then notify the manufacturer and if a return is warranted, we will send you a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate paperwork. No returned merchandise will be accepted without this RMA. You must send the merchandise directly, freight prepaid, to the manufacturer, including the RMA number and appropriate paperwork. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on items returned that are not th manufacturer's products' error.
